For Bookings

When visitors choose to book an appointment, this could be with Lella Laughter Yoga, Distant Reiki Healing or Nidra Technique, we will collect the data requested to allow a booking to proceed. The information we ask for is your name, email address and the bank account you wish to use to pay for the session.

For Online and In-Person Sessions

Upon a consultation, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, lifestyle, health conditions and wellbeing – this is to ensure we deliver the best service to you – this information will not be disclosed or used for any marketing purposes.

We may record feedback from sessions.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal customer record management.
  • To improve our products and services.
  • We may also follow up, either by e-mail, phone or mail, to people who have received a treatment as part of our customer care procedure.
  • We may also communicate by email or phone about a specific booking or in response to an enquiry via our website.
  • Where permission is obtained or a legitimate interest is evident – we may also send promotional e-mails about new products, new treatments, special offers or other information that we think you may find interesting using a valid e-mail address.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or e-mail us as soon as possible to the above address. We will correct any information which was found to be incorrect promptly.

What personal data we collect collects the following information regarding visitors to the web site: domain name, information regarding which pages are accessed, information volunteered by you (such as survey information), e-mail address and site registrations.

We collect information from you when you decide to make a booking with us.  This information is your name, email address and your bank account details so that you can purchase a session. Your payment details are not stored on our system. will analyse the web site data to constantly improve the value of the materials available for our subscribers, where possible tailoring the material to individual requirements.

We will also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
